Who We Are - About Us
Years of Experience Within Your Reach Watch Our Video
Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio is all about ARTS EDUCATION!  But don’t let us bore you with a bunch of marketing messages. Here it is – who we are in the words of educators:

Arts Education is…taking pride in your work:
“We are so happy with how our clay tile mural turned out, it really is beautiful and the students love it. It was also a pleasure working with George Woideck. Thanks for providing such a meaningful program for our school.  The mural will be enjoyed by generations of students to come!!”

Arts Education is…learning:
Robin's expressive performance helped the students connect to the process of story writing and story elements.  Her program was excellent!”

Arts Education is….. giving a child a purpose:
“James was constantly getting into trouble at school and absent a lot.  This year he participated in dance and music with an artist-in-residence.  He became a leader and grew a lot, and his attitude changed.  By the end of the year we were so proud of him that we gave him a special award and scholarship.  He was beaming!”

Art Education is…creating jobs:
”With manufacturing jobs evaporating, we need more than ever to train our children to be creative, problem-solving members of our economy. The arts allow children to exercise their creativity in ways other subjects cannot." - Michael Kaiser, President of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts

Art Education is…not just about the arts:
“Multiple studies have shown that increased years of enrollment in arts courses are positively correlated with higher SAT verbal and math scores.”  - The College Board, 2005

Art Education is…being inspired:
“I wanted to thank Dave Young for introducing me to something new. The keyboard has changed my life and allowed me to produce music and sounds like only an orchestra can make. I hope that Dave continues to inspire young musicians to try something different.”
