Performances
45-60 minute programs for up to 250 students. Fees range from $230 for a single artist to $1,250 for a large-group ensemble. Discounts are provided for scheduling additional performances by the same artist or ensemble on the same day in the same location.

Performance Plus
One 45-60 minute performance for up to 250 students followed by three 45-60 minute workshops (up to 30 students per workshop). Discounts are available and vary based on the performance selected. Please inquire when scheduling.

Workshops
45-60 minute classroom sessions for up to 30 students. $125 per session.

Workshop Days
Four to five workshops scheduled in one day at one location with the same artist, the fee is discounted 33% to a flat rate of $420/day. Discounts may apply when more than five Workshop Days are scheduled.

Residency Day
Three or more Workshop Days are discounted to a Residency Day rate of $330 for a visual arts program and $385 for performing arts programs.

Preschool Programs
30-minute performances for up to 60 students. $110 per program or $100 each for three or more programs scheduled for the same location.

Professional Development
$160/hour for up to 30 teachers, plus materials if applicable. Fees negotiable for larger groups.

After-School/Out-of-School Programs
$100/hour, plus materials if applicable.

Materials Fees
Programs may require a materials fee. Materials fees are generally $2.00 per participant, but pricing may vary depending upon the program.

Travel Fees
Programs may require a travel fee of $25, $50, or $75 depending on school or venue location.

Cartage Fees
A few artists/ensembles require a cartage fee. Please ask if the artist or ensemble you are interested in may require a cartage fee.
